The Paper Buster uses OCR technology to read a key field off the scanned document eg TFN, Client Code, etc. Which is then matched back to your database, so we know the correct client to file the scanned PDF against in your Document Management system or if you use a directory structure directly to the correct client folder.
You can also automatically generate a letter, label or even an email which are both saved against the client.
Integration to the Practice Mailbook means you can easily chase the clients who have not sent back important documents like signed tax returns or ASIC annual reviews. You even get a choice of sending an email or SMS reminder.
You can also use the Paper Buster to file non ATO documents as well, like, Work papers, Handwritten Notes, etc.
